Updating facebook from phone
Jokes aside, it is frustrating when you just can’t get an app to work.
Especially when we pay hundreds of pounds for our devices and data plans.
Personally, I hate the stripped-down, ad-heavy versions of the Facebook and Twitter apps, so I browse them using the native desktop view in Safari or Chrome.
The challenge, though, is finding a way to get Twitter and Facebook to ignore the fact that I’m on my tablet and serve up the desktop view.
3- If you want to update profile pictures in Facebook Messenger in i Phone, open Facebook in a browser and then go to your Privacy Settings. When you will login, you will see the profile photos.
Head to Security and then go to active sessions and remove the session named “Messenger on i OS”. 4- Not being able to see profile pictures of people on Facebook Messenger has sometimes to do with the internet connection glitches and technicalities.
Press and hold the Facebook app on your touch-screen until it starts to move back and forth.
Click the cross that appears on the top-right of the app logo, and follow the instructions to delete.
Go to the app store on your device and update Facebook if this option is available. If none of the above solutions fixes the problem, let us know in the comments. First, I had an i Pad and then eventually switched to an ASUS tablet as my primary gadget. Then, go onto the app store, search Facebook, and reinstall. After doing all this, any further problems show that there’s probably an issue with your phone or tablet’s software.
